But what would happen if we changed our perspective and focused on values like <strong>abundance, reciprocity, and sharing<\/strong>?<br><br>Bringing this vision to life is the goal of the <strong>Abundance Fellowship<\/strong>, a <strong>peer learning program<\/strong> that challenges traditional conventions and brings together <strong>social innovators<\/strong> from all over the world, inviting them to rethink their relationship with money, the economy, and prosperity as a whole.<br><br>Between September and December 2024, <strong>Studio SHIFT <\/strong>and other 22 <strong>changemakers<\/strong> from 20 different countries participated in this experience, supported by the <strong>Bosch Alumni Network<\/strong> and<strong> IaC Berlin<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Path to Reconnecting with money<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In our experience, the <strong>Abundance Fellowship<\/strong> was truly transformative.<br><br>The journey we started last year gave us the opportunity to explore a more <strong>conscious economy t<\/strong>hrough sharing practices that made us question the <strong>paradigms of scarcity and individualism<\/strong>, discovering the importance of <strong>Gift Econom<\/strong>y and a holistic view of Value (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.7thgenerationdesign.com\/creating-resilient-wealth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reference: 8 Capital System<\/a>).<br><br>It also allowed participants to apply a <strong>systemic approach<\/strong> to their projects, integrating new perspectives on the social and environmental impact of their business activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.studioshift.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Fellowship-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"Abundance Fellowship 2024\" class=\"wp-image-1095\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.studioshift.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Fellowship-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.studioshift.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Fellowship-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.studioshift.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Fellowship-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.studioshift.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Fellowship-1536x864.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.studioshift.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Fellowship.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Social innovators from all over the world<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2024 <strong>Abundance Fellowship<\/strong> participants come from diverse sectors but share a common desire to <strong>create positive change<\/strong> in their social, cultural, and work environments.<br><br>The key themes discussed included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regenerative agriculture and permaculture<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education and social justice<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zero waste &amp; de-growth<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Youth empowerment and female leadership<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Climate change and environmental rights<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Journalism, arts, and cultural heritage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>social innovators<\/strong> taking part are alumni of major programs within the <strong>Bosch Alumni Network<\/strong>, such as <strong>ChangemakerXchange<\/strong>, <strong>MitOst<\/strong>, <strong>Global Diplomacy Lab<\/strong>, <strong>Tandem Europe<\/strong>, and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Toward a regenerative economy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Abundance Fellowship <\/strong>didn&#8217;t end with the conclusion of the three-month <strong>training program<\/strong>. Participants continue to be part of a community working to <strong>spread<\/strong> <strong>regenerative and collaborative economic practices<\/strong>.<br><br>For further exploration, the <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/474Ktq0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Abundance Resources Corner<\/strong><\/a> offers a digital library with over 180 free resources for those who want to explore fairer and more <strong>sustainable economic models<\/strong>. The journey has sparked deep reflection within <strong>Studio SHIFT<\/strong>, leading us to a pivotal step: the launch of our own ecosocial business regeneration program: <strong>the Abundance Club<\/strong>.<br><br>With this initiative, we aim to support small organizations with \u201cabundant ideas\u201d capable of creating significant social, cultural, or environmental impact, but often lacking the necessary resources to scale up.<br><br>The <strong>Abundance Club<\/strong> is open to non-profit organizations that are newly founded or have an annual income of less than 20,000 Euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your organization has an urgent need for change and requires support to grow your project, you can apply by April 13, 2025, via <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/8dtf9Rex5i53ZKt77\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">our form<\/a>. The selected ideas will receive a 3,000 Euro value in free support for the proposed activities.<br><br>Eligible organizations can come from any geographical location, with no restrictions on the average age of members or gender. The only requirement is that they are legally constituted and have a concrete and valuable change project.<br><br>Selections will be made by April 30, 2025, and the chosen organizations will have the opportunity to collaborate with <strong>Studio SHIFT<\/strong> to develop their project and generate positive impacts.<br><br>Every year, we allocate a part of our revenue &#8211; 6% over the past three years &#8211; to support <strong>pro bono initiatives<\/strong>.
